We begin by hand cutting the die for your design in a steel die. Then we strike your pieces in 10kt Gold Filled (standard is 1/10 10kt) material and hand stamp the back side with the gold content. Excess gold is trimmed from the edges and a no-turn nail is fused onto the back side. Next the recessed areas are sandblasted and the raised surfaces are polished to a mirror finish. We also polish the entire perimeter of the pin. Finally the pin is given a protective finish to preserve its luster and packaged in a deluxe jewelry gift presentation box.


In addition to lapel pins, we can make precious metal charms, cuff links, tie-tacs, etc. We also are able to set genuine or synthetic stones such as diamonds, rubies, sapphires, etc to help you create levels of recognition.
